The Drugs
Drugs are chemicals that change the function of our body. When you enter into the body (by ingestion, inhalation or injection) drugs enter the bloodstream and are transported to different parts of the body such as the brain. In the brain, drugs can intensify or numb your senses,and, in some cases, reduce physical pain.
WHY PEOPLE TAKE DRUGS?
People take drugs because they want to change something in your life.
Here are some reasons that young people have expressed with regard to drug use:
CONSEQUENCES:
PHYSICAL: fatigue, constant complaints about his health, and dull red eyes and a persistent cough.
EMOTIONAL: personality change, sudden mood changes, irritability, irresponsible behavior, low self-esteem or self-esteem, poor judgment, depression and a general lack of interest.
FAMILY: starting arguments, breaking rules, withdraw or fail to communicate with the family.
SCHOOL: decreased interest, negative attitude, lack of duty, low grades, many absences and discipline problems.
SOCIAL: new friends who are not interested in normal activities at home and school, trouble with the law a shift to unconventional styles in dress and music.
